Sarah M. Saville
Sarah focuses her practice on four main areas: estate planning, probate, and elder law; bank counsel; small business and nonprofit law; and commercial and residential real estate. She is a certified guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults and a RESPA certified real estate settlement agent. Sarah is admitted to practice in all state courts in Virginia, the Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Virginia.
Sarah graduated from Pace University School of Law, magna cum laude, and from Virginia Tech, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies. She served as the women’s team captain and president of the Virginia Tech Fencing Club. During law school, Sarah competed with the Animal Law Moot Court Team and the Quinnipiac Trial Advocacy Team. She served as an editor of the Pace Law Journal and a research assistant for Prof. David Cassuto, with whom she co-published two articles.
Sarah is native to Hampton Roads and is proud to serve her community in her career and through civic organizations. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Oyster Point (President Elect), Greater Peninsula Women’s Bar Association (Past President), Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, American Land Title Association, Newport News Bar Association, Hampton Bar Association, Virginia Creditors Bar Association, Newport News Behavioral Health Docket Board, and Mayor’s Book Club. Sarah also enjoys local book clubs, art classes, and fencing.
